Meadowbrook Parent Association (www.meadowbrookmpa.org) of the Meadowbrook Montessori School is hosting a Community Fall Festival in the city of Snellville on Saturday, November 6,
2010 to show community awareness and support. This is a fundraising event to expand their Montessori based educational programs. The theme of the Festival as well as the theme for this school year is “Working Together We Achieve”.

Beatles tribute band in Snellville Oct 23
Abbey Road LIVE, a Beatles tribute band, will play in Snellville on October 23, 2010. The concert will be the culmination of a family friendly, fun-filled afternoon for all ages that will include children's activities, arts and crafts, and food. The fun will take place on the greenspace adjacent to Snellville City Hall, beginning at 1 pm and continuing until 9 p.m.
Abbey Road LIVE is a great band from Athens, Georgia

Fourth Friday night of each month, a fun concert series offers various styles of music on the green in front of Snellville City Hall.
Snellville Farmers' Market
June - October
Every Saturday in June through October, offers locally grown, fresh produce, and friendly open-air market atmosphere on the green in front of Snellville's City Hall.
4th of July - Independence Day Events

The school is working out the details but are thinking from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.. Everyone in the community is welcome! Moon walk, face painting, food, lots of activities for the kids. This is Non-profit fundraising to help build a stage for the children and add material to the classrooms. Special "dad and me" and "mom and me" activities/games are planned.
